IHA is a non-government organization whose priority is to save the life and alleviate transition situations. It is chartered as a juridical person according to the national and international laws, and acts by its statute’s components and articles.

Its activity is recorded conforming to international accounting standards that by law are obligatory for the association’s economic and financial statements and reports. All reports, are audited in conform to the law; also all administrative acts are documented.

The organization has a defined structure and its internal regulations that must be respected by the paid and volunteer members.

IHA intends to work in collaboration with the government, local institutions, other professionals and other local and international organizations. We are open to coordinate our job with every other organization interested in the fields that we cover.


IHA aims the following :

  • Quality by setting and requiring increasingly higher standards throughout the practice of nonprofit capacity-building.

  • Collaboration by building on mutually beneficial working relationships with an array of community, business, non-government and government partners and stakeholders.

  • Inclusiveness by fully including the diverse mosaic of society's cultures in our membership, leadership, and staff.
  • Effecting change within the community by developing mutual understanding and action
  • Developing leadership skills
  • Advocating for and assisting in the increased use of communities capacities to care for and responsibly manage the natural resources of their environment.
  • Support communities in need through a portfolio of development activities which are planned and implemented cooperatively.
IHA Health Programs include :

  • Primary Health Care (PHC) basic preventative and curative services
  • Maternal and Child Health care (MCH) well-child training courses, and training for midwives and traditional birth attendants to reduce maternal and child mortality
  • Health education and training in the medical and managerial skills needed to serve local communities suffering from a breakdown in health services
  • Information about HIV/AIDS, prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STI) and opportunistic infections, as well as training for HIV/AIDS caretakers, distribution of appropriate informative materials. Public education.
  • Reproductive Health Care a full range of training courses for women to promote better health and a good family planning.
  • Nutrition services supplemental and therapeutic feeding programs for populations affected by famine and shortages, particularly small children
  • Self microfinance community based initiatives to help restore economic self sufficiency and help finance local health programs
  • Gender and sexual based violence training courses for local health care workers and community to increase awareness of gender-based violence and establish treatment protocols

IHA Education Programs include:

IHA supports education systems through public awareness, legislative lobbying and training programmes. Our intention is to guarantee every child an equal opportunity. To achieve this we create prrtnerships with universities, policy makers and other. Our efforts focus on:

  • Helping students of deveoping countries to complete their public education in high standarts
  • Raising funds for humanitarian education programs
  • Increasing support for teacher quality programs to recruit, train, and retain highly qualified educators in developing countries and areas in need
  • Evaluate the Quality of Teaching by promoting teaching methodologies. IHA works with researchers, educators and policymakers to assure a qualified, competent, caring educator in every classroom
  • Provide parents and policymakers information that helps get at the causes of school failure, not just the effects.
  • Encourage parents involvement in their children's education. Parents who read to their children before they enter school give their children a boost toward reading success. IHA Human Rights Programs include :

So many people are tortured, raped, imprisoned unjustly, killed or disappeared. Through community service and other means, International Humanitarian Assistance help promote peace and understanding throughout the world.

  • Human Rights Dialogue highlights the challenges of adapting an international human rights framework to the needs of local communities. Recent topics have included humanitarian intervention, rights and struggle for health, and human rights versus public security.
  • E-survey and field-survey via e-questionnaires and assessments, meetings, seminars, and workshops, HRI constantly searches for ways to define the parameters of this broad. We use the information collected at these meetings or from the questionnaires to design and implement new initiatives focusing on ethical dilemmas in the field of human rights.
  • Create a cutting-edge inter-disciplinary environment for teaching, curricular development and real-world application in human rights, especially relating to the global economy and science. Cross-cultural dimensions of human welfare, security and dignity animate the activities of our Human Rights Programs.
