The Management Team is responsible for the conduct of the International Humanitarian Assistance’s (IHA's) general operations. They are appointed by the member countries of IHA.

Dr. Fishta is the founder and Executive Director of the International Humanitarian Assistance. She manages the overall activities of the organization including initiating new interventions, raising funds and negotiating with possible donors.

Dr. Fishta is a public health physician with plenty experience in managing health care interventions within the context of complex emergencies. Through managing international NGOs as well as senior positions with the United Nations, Dr. Fishta has overseen the design and implementation of different health and education programs. While she is a recognized technical expert in the area of maternal and child health, Dr. Fishta is particularly skilled at managing large teams of technical and administrative staff. She has a deep understanding of the needs and problems and knows how to take the lead in all aspects of program implementation. She is member of several national boards in Albania that strive in introducing the country to a real democracy.

Dr Fishta is also a research oriented person. She is working on her PhD at Friedrich Schiller Universitaet, Germany. She has earned a her Bachelors in General Practice (Medical Doctor Degree) at the University of Tirana "Mother Theresa" and her Master in Public Health (MPH) at Tulane University, Louisiana-USA. As a Fulbright scholar she has accumulated enough skills on different public health matters particularly on international health policy and management.

Mr. Rabinovitch pursued his University Studies in Computer Science at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena - Germany. During his studies at Tulane University, New Orleans - USA he was honored with the "Dean´s List" award of the School of Engineering. He was initially working with IHA on the position of Web Manager/Programmer.

Mr. Rabinovitch is Co-Founder, Member of the Board of Directors and First Representative of German Humanitarian Assistance e. V.

Mr. Rabinovitch has more than 8 years of experience as computer scientist. He has proved high quality and devoted work during his working experience with IHA, INTERSHOP and currently Friedrich Schiller University.

Graduated as Lawyer at Alma Mata Studiorium, University of Bologna. Highly experienced in the field of International Law and EU Law by working with profit and non-profit organizations. Member of the Board of Directors of International Humanitarian Assistance (IHA) and currently Law Programs Director which includes not only managing but also fund raising, representing and proposal writing. Recently she founded the local of IHA in Bologna-Italy.

Ms. Fishta is also known as a particularly qualified trainer of Human Rights and Conflict Resolution. She is co-founder of the European Youth Forum in Albania (AEGEE-Tirane) and also one of the main activists in expanding the role of civil society in Albania. Ms. Fishta is an oriented analyst.
